Claire (Huong Luu) Bjaanes – Lead Trainer Claire, our Lead Trainer, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The Yoga Nest. With an ERYT 500 Yoga Alliance Accreditation and extensive training from the Ashtanga Research Institute in Mysore, India, Claire integrates Ashtanga Yoga with holistic healing practices such as Pranic Healing and Ayurveda Massage. Her diverse background and compassionate teaching style create a nurturing environment for all practitioners.
Asbjorn Bjaanes – Trainer Asbjorn is a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga teacher with a passion for personal growth and exploration. Since beginning his practice in 2009, he has earned an E-RYT® 200 and RYT® 500 certification from Yoga Alliance, including 300 hours of training with renowned teachers Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann. Asbjorn’s experience as a professional coach, accredited by ICF, allows him to seamlessly integrate coaching principles into his yoga teaching, offering a holistic approach that emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
