Tantra yoga is a practice that focus on bringing your awareness to your body and breath. Letting the mind rest, so that we can experience the asanas and the movement to the fullest. It brings you to the percent moment, allowing you to enter a flow state of mind, letting the body evolve in a respectful and caring way. The class offers an meditative approach to yoga.
The class begins with grounding meditation and breathwork, followed by a flowing asana sequence to awaken your energy and open the body. Inspired by chakra balancing, the poses are paired with intentional breath and movement to cultivate harmony and vitality. You’ll then move into yin-style holds to release tension and deepen awareness, before concluding with guided relaxation or visualization, similar to yoga nidra, to integrate the experience.
