  • Week 1: Mysore practice, vinyasa counting, teaching skills & meditation
  • Week 2: Advanced adjustments, teaching practicum, and final certification

Join our Ashtanga Yoga Classes in Stavanger! Mysore 6 days a week and Led Primary Series 3 days a week!!!

Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style

In our Ashtanga Yoga Mysore classes, we focus on your progress as an individual. For you who are new to Mysore style classes, 1 on 1 session in a group setting could be a good description of how the class format is. 

This means the Ashtanga Yoga Mysore classes are suitable to any level of experience, we will make it accessible to you and work with you progress and help you advance. Much like when you go a gym the personal trainer will tailor the workout for your where you are in your progress, taking rehabilitation of injuries and accessibility into account.

Led Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series

Led by an experienced instructor, this session explores the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga sequence, emphasizing breath control, precise alignment, and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, it provides a dynamic practice that enhances physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
