Unlock the Power of Your Breath May 11th 13:00 to 17:00
A Journey Through Pranayama – For Practice, Teaching & Transformation
There’s more to your breath than air. It carries rhythm, emotion, energy — and at its deepest, the potential to cleanse, awaken, and align. In the Pranayama Workshop Series, you’re invited into this quiet, potent space. Whether you’re deepening your own practice or preparing to teach, you’ll explore how breath shapes body, mind, and the subtle layers in between.
What You’ll Experience
- Breath as a Tool for Awareness – Learn time-honored pranayama techniques that steady the mind and support the heart of your practice.
- Cleansing the Channels – Support the flow of prana through the nadis, clearing tension and creating space — in both body and energy.
- Balancing Physical and Subtle Layers – Understand how breath bridges the nervous system, posture, and subtle energy.
- Integrating Breath into Practice and Teaching
Is This for You?

- You sense your breath holds more than air — maybe a key to something quieter, deeper, more alive.
