Open to All Levels of Curiosity and Experience Sat and Sun 13:00 to 17:00
The Yoga Sutras aren’t something to master — they are something to meet. In this four-session workshop series, you’re invited into a conversation with these timeless teachings. A space where ancient wisdom meets modern life, and where philosophy becomes personal.
Whether you’re on the path of teacher training or exploring yoga as a way of living, this series welcomes your questions, your reflections, and your presence.
What to Expect
- Thoughtful conversations around key sutras and the themes they open
- Insights into yogic philosophy, ethics, and mindfulness as living practices
- Tools to bring these teachings into both your practice and your daily choices
- A blend of dialogue, reflection, and quiet — including guided meditation to anchor what you learn
Who Is This For?
- You’ve felt that yoga is more than movement — and you want to explore what that “more” is
- You’re curious about the inner life of yoga — the mind, the self, and the path between them
- You’re on a teaching path and want to speak from more than theory — from lived understanding
- You simply want to be in a space where philosophy meets presence, not performance
Workshop Overview
Each session opens one of the many doors within the Yoga Sutras:
1. The Path of Yoga
Why yoga? What is it really for? We begin with the structure and purpose of the Sutras.
2. The Mind and Its Fluctuations
How do thoughts move? What is stillness? Explore the patterns of mind and the space behind them.
3. The Eight Limbs of Yoga
A practical and profound roadmap — not as rules, but as invitations toward clarity and integration.
4. Living the Teachings
What does this look like off the mat? We close by exploring how the Sutras can shape how we relate, act, and live.
