This is a really authentic yoga studio. First time I have tried Mysore and loved it. They also do Yin and Yoga Nidra which were among the best I have experienced. Thanks Claire and Asbjorn for making me feel very welcome.

A really nice and cosy yoga centre in the city centre with excellent teachers and a variety of classes. My favourites are the morning mysore classes, where I can get one on one instructions and deepen my own yoga practice.

Learning pranayama has boosted my practice. Claire is teaching the old school tradition of pranayama. Learning to breath properly in the yoga poses has deepen my asanas and made it easier to connect with the bandhas. This is MUST HAVE knowledge for everyone on the yoga path.

Love the cozy environment! Most importantly, the yoga instructor is very patient and professional, helping me adjust my posture and find my most efficient pose.

Yoga Nest has been a huge treat to have in Stavanger Sentrum. Asbjorn and Claire are wonderful teachers and gentle guides who have sparked my practice in a more intentional way. Their knowledge, skill and experience will help guide you in understanding the why in each pose. If you're a newbie or an oldie like me restarting your practice Asbjorn and Claire at Yoga Nest is a great place to start!

And....Can't forget the welcome crew shiba inu doggie, Gigi.
