The Art of Love
Love is powerful. Love connects us to the supreme power and is the magic key of success in various fields of life. In our relationship or business, love makes a remarkable impact and growth. Merely carrying the feeling of love brings light and hope in our mind just like the sunrise removes the darkness on earth. Love is the medicine that heals the wounds in our body and mind. And if we learn the art, love becomes a solution for our problems. The art of love is a mind yoga practice which helps us to understand this powerful tool and its application in our day to day life.
We are all born on this planet earth to love and to share the love. Without knowing this truth we are constantly wandering, searching for something that doesn’t have any meaning at the end of our life. We can see that many well-known people in the world have managed to find their success in most fields they engaged in, but struggle to find love in their life. This happens because of the lack of education we have in this subject from our school. What we actually learned about love is the lessons we captured through our experiences from our family and the society, which in most situations are not giving the right direction.
In the heart warming workshops ‘Art of love’ Janesh Vaidya elaborates the layers of love and how we can train our body and mind to practice this most powerful art in life.
Some of the practical exercises included in the workshop:
Breathing exercises.
Meditation exercises.
How to express your feelings through your eyes.
Transfer energy from you heart to your palms.

A 2-Day Immersion to Strengthen Your Teaching, Deepen Your Awareness, and Expand Your Impact
As a yoga teacher, you already guide with presence, breath, and intention. But what if your words could do even more?
In this 2-day foundational course, you’ll explore how Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can amplify your ability to connect, communicate, and inspire—from the inside out.
You’ll learn:
How to adapt your cues to your students’ learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic)
How your own mental states influence your energy and confidence as a teacher
Tools to build trust, shift limiting beliefs, and hold space with greater clarity
Simple language patterns that foster safety, focus, and transformation in class
This is more than a communication workshop. It’s a deep dive into the how behind what you already do and a doorway to even more intentional teaching.
Whether you’re looking to grow your confidence, better understand your students, or bring more awareness into your practice, this is your next step.
This is the 3rd in a series of 3 weekend adjustment courses, it is however not required to have participated on the 1st ans 2nd to join the 3rd.
There’s a moment — you may have felt it — when your hand finds the right place… and the student shifts before they even realize why. It’s not about technique alone. It’s what happens when confidence, clarity, and presence meet the body.
This workshop is where that kind of teaching begins to emerge.
What You’ll Learn
This is a hands-on, skill-focused training — designed to give you clarity in your adjustments, and the confidence to use them with presence.
You’ll explore:
How to offer clear, supportive adjustments across the Ashtanga Primary Series
Alignment principles that are adaptable to all bodies
The difference between fixing and supporting
When to adjust — and when holding space is the most powerful choice
How to refine your touch so it becomes communicative, intuitive, and safe
Everything is taught through guided repetition, real-time feedback, and embodied exploration — so the learning settles into your hands, not just your head
You’ll Leave With
A solid foundation in technical hands-on skills
Confidence in knowing what to do, and why
More clarity in your body — and how you connect to others through it
A sense of rhythm between observing, adjusting, and simply holding space
Tools that grow with you — no matter what style you teach
This is the kind of training that stays in your hands long after the weekend ends.
Part of a Journey
This is the first in a 3-part Art of the Adjustment series — and it’s designed as a core component of our RYT200 and RYT300 teacher training pathways.
It’s also open to:
Current yoga teachers seeking more confidence in adjustments
Dedicated practitioners and trainees preparing to step into teaching
Anyone who knows that learning how to touch — and when not to — is a vital part of transformational teaching
We use the Ashtanga Primary Series as our shared framework for observation and application, but the insights apply across all yoga styles.
